2/ Maintenance

Take care of your shoes by waterproofing them before using them for the first time.

To clean suede, gently rub a clean cloth soaked in a mixture of warm water and white vinegar.

For metallic leather, use a flannel cloth to prevent scratches and preserve its quality.

Free returns within 15 days in mainland France. Return costs outside mainland France at your expense.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the package using the same payment method used.

For a return, you can make a request by email using your order number. Print the return slip and insert it in the package.
