DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Is there a charge for delivery?
1/ Delivery in Metropolitan France
Deliveries are made to your home or to a Relais Colis relay point (no obligation to purchase from the chosen merchant). Delivery times are 3 to 4 working days.
2/ International delivery

Are returns free?
Yes, you can return within 15 days to mainland France free of charge.
Return costs outside mainland France are your responsibility.
Reimbursement is made within 14 days of receipt of the package with the same payment method used.
To return your shoes, make a request by email using your order number. Print the return slip and insert it in the package.

I have doubts about my size
We are here to help you choose your ideal size to feel good in your pumps.

My size is no longer in stock, what should I do?
All our colors are available in limited series.
The leathers for our shoes come from dormant stocks. We reuse these existing materials to make these beauties. So if more stock, more colors available.
This is all the added value of upcycling. As we like to say, other people's waste is our greatest joy!
However, we often release new colors. If you really fell in love with it, contact us! We will exclusively share future launches with you. Let's see if your heart beats racing on one of them 💗.

Why a pre-order system?
Pre-orders will help us finance the costs of raw materials and production and all other costs incurred. This also makes it possible to adjust production volumes and avoid overstocking.
What is upcycling?
Upcycling (or surcyclage in French) means that we reuse existing materials to make our products, giving them a second life. ♻️
Upcycling promotes the creation of more sustainable products while reducing waste because it involves the reuse of materials that would otherwise be thrown away or burned. Our leathers used to make our shoes come from dormant stocks.
Why Portuguese manufacturing?
Portugal is known for having a long tradition of shoe production. Portuguese manufacturers have great expertise in designing and manufacturing high quality shoes.
Following our eco-responsible manufacturing, we are committed to making the circuit as simple and short as possible, directly with suppliers and collaborators.
Who is behind humaya?
Hello ! We are Alisson and Pauline, the 2 co-founders of humaya. Best friends for over 10 years, roommates then now partners, we have been through all the stages of friendship.
With humaya, we want to offer you eco-designed products (discover upcycling ) without NEVER forgetting our love for color, femininity, glitter and glamour.
