WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order or have changed your mind, we're here to help. We promise to reimburse you in full.
To be eligible for a refund, please return the item in resalable condition, i.e. unworn and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. We will process your request quickly.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
FRANCE
Free return to Relay Points
- Make a request to hello@humayaparis.com indicating the reason for the return. Don't forget to add "RETURN" in the subject line followed by your order number.
- You will receive an email containing the carrier label to affix to your package, as well as a return slip. Make sure to print the returns slip and include it in your package, as it is crucial to identifying your return. Important: it will be used to identify your return so it is essential to include it in your package.
- Drop off the package at the MONDIAL RELAY relay point of your choice.

NB: For a second return concerning the same order, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Outside mainland France
Paid return

- 3. You will have to cover the delivery costs and select the carrier of your choice.
Upon receipt of the package, our quality department will assess the condition of the returned merchandise. No refund will be made if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged and/or cannot be resold. It is essential that any returned item has all its original labels (barcode, composition) and is packaged in its original condition, without any alteration.
If your return is refused, you will receive an email notification.

Make sure you keep proof of your deposit carefully. No refund will be possible without this proof. It is essential to attach your delivery slip to identify your order number and confirm your right to reimbursement.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
To make an exchange, simply return the item and place a new order as usual on our online store.
HOW TO ACCESS THE REIMBURSEMENT?
If the item is returned in resalable condition, i.e. unworn and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, we will consider refunds. Your refund will be processed within 15 days of receipt of your return package. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used when ordering. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your refund has been processed.
