2/ Maintenance

It is important to take care of your shoes.

We recommend using a waterproofer suitable for suede before first use. Waterproof the pair regularly: every 2/3 uses.

To clean suede: soak a clean cloth in a mixture of lukewarm water and white vinegar, then rub gently.

Free returns within 15 days in mainland France. Return costs outside mainland France at your expense.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the package using the same payment method used.

For a return, you can make a request by email using your order number. Print the return slip and insert it in the package.
